Fears are nothing more than a state of mind.

Fear is probably the greatest enemy we will ever have. Fear is usually behind all negative feelings. If fear is present in our lives, there is every chance that we are living a limited existence. Fear is something we are taught. We are taught fear as a means of keeping us on the ‘Straight and Narrow’. This is precisely what it does. It prevents us from taking another route and from widening our experiences and expanding our vision.

Fear is a vital response to physical and emotional danger — if we didn't feel it, we couldn't protect ourselves from legitimate threats. But often we fear situations that are far from life-or-death, and thus hang back for no good reason. Our fear response is an ancient alarm system that evolved in an environment where mortal danger was the norm.

When we consider fear in relation to luck it is safe to say that the people who appear lucky are most probably those who are putting their fears to one side and taking a Chance on Life. So I think it is important to try not to think of fear as a kind of punishment or to think of the experience of fear as a weakness. You are not singled out; fear is felt by everyone.

The reality is that almost everything we even fear never happens. Put the fears Back of our minds. However, if we concentrate on them then energy will follow through and we will attract things we most fear into our lives.

We have to focus on positive thoughts if we are to invite lucky things into our lives. Even at the most difficult times of our lives there are things for which we should be grateful.

Evaluate the situation rationally. If you believe that a certain course of action (e.g., speaking your mind about a work situation) is the right thing to do, then seek and look up to inspirational people, people who face their own fears, Just do it. You will feel free.

Over time you will see that, fear is nothing to be feared. And while fear that no longer scares you will not disappear altogether, it will indeed lose the power to control your life. Let’s make people feel successful rather than hopeless.

There is a simple but wise saying: "I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear".
