WHO IS SUCCESSFUL?
At times I think who is more successful, accomplished and happy on this earth, difficult question indeed. Success is however is a relative factor. Because average people live in this earth is at age 80. A person in high rise between age of 30-50. The rational behind it may be quite controversial. By the time a person is educated and ready to demonstrate his/her excellence, the age is around 30-35. After 30-35 with an experience most apparently believe that they are master in their respective fields. But the situation said something else.
By the time a person is master in respective area the world says you are not relevant now or obsolete in present context .
The pace at which technology has advanced the professionals haven't. They are more inclined towards day to day operational issues and rusted their skills in knowing new technology, theme, innovations and perception. This is where the gap is. Most professionals did mastery in last decades feels that they are still relevance at today's market.
Unfortunately the situation is just opposite. One has to be up-to-date and aligned with the world where it is moving tomorrow. For example few feels that they are up to date with world but in reality they are not. Why? This is the big question.
To be on at par with today's market condition one has to be updated and this should be continuous effort. The analogy however prevails that the technology and fast moving world is so fragile that de-focused from setting right goal. Let's take an example 10 years back how many of us could forecast the shopping cart would be at our first? Those who could forecast 10 years back are most successful today. So those who could foresee where this World would move in next 10 years from now and set the goal, the rate of success expected to be very high.their respective fields.
